The Italian Cycling Federation - Comitato Provinciale di Lucca - as 'the organizer of the European Championship cyclo-cross, which will be' on the city walls of Lucca on 5 / 6 November 2011, promotes a competitive contest in conjunction with the City of Lucca Provincial administration to develop the logo of the sporting event

PARTECIPATION
The competition is open to students of all institutions of the second degree of the Province of Lucca. Participation is in individual form in the competition and entry is free.


THEME OF THE COMPETITION
Participants will produce the logo of the event using the materials and painting techniques at will, taking into account the specific dimensional characteristics as specified:

• The logo can 'be round - rectangular or square, the length or the minimum diameter 5 cm, and in the logo must be entered:
• date (2011)
• city (Lucca)
• logo UEC (European Cycling Union) - see attachement
• attention to the city (eg city walls – Torre Guinigi – Anfiteatro ect)
• any feature of the bicycle on the European character of the event..
• The whole shall 'be accompanied by a title and a brief caption

DEADLINES
Entries, accompanied by the general 'competitors, telephone number and indicate the school attended must be delivered or sent by regular mail to: Federazione Ciclistica Italiana Comitato Provinciale di Lucca – Via Eiunaudi 150 – 55100 S.Anna (LU)
The deadline for receipt of material is set for April 30, 2009, whatever the form of dispatch chosen.

BOARD
The works will be examined and evaluated by a commission composed of:

• Presidente Federazione Ciclistica di Lucca
• Assessore allo Sport della Provincia di Lucca
• Assessore Allo Sport del Comune di Lucca
• Dirigente dell’A.C. Le Mura 2008
• Esperto grafico o della comunicazione

AWARDS
The commission, at its sole discretion, will choose 'among all those received, the winner of which will be developed' given the reward of EUR 500 (five hundred).
The outcome of the competition will be 'informed by the school.
The announcement of the winner and the award ceremony will take 'place in a home on the public institution that will be' communicated in due course.

EXCLUDED
Participation in the competition implies full acceptance of the rules of this announcement.

ROLLING COMPETITION
The material submitted will not be 'returned to the participants. The Cycling Federation reserves the right 'to develop and program computers Winner, as well as' to promote, even in competition with other bodies, the proposals received.
